Qualifications: candidate will currently be attending college with a major in the fine arts (music / theatre / dance / visual art), arts management, arts education (visual or performing arts), recreation with an emphasis inthe arts, marketing, or will have recently graduated and is looking for additional experience before pursuing a full-time position. Candidate should be enthusiastic, punctual, dependable, organized, and willing to work with all age groups. |

Posted: Jan 09, 2008 Sponsored by Steinway of Chicago, this annual competition offers students (maximum age: 18) valuable performance and educational opportunities as well as scholarship awards to the top eight winners. Prizes range from $1,000 to $100. The judges for this year's competition will be Dr. Bill Phemister and Cameron Smith, both outstanding international concert pianists and music educators. |
